My Yoga Studio:

Years of dreaming, hours spent online researching, MANY hours shopping and then shopping again... countless trips to Menards, a long list of amazing volunteers and so much ceiling scraping we nearly lost a few siblings as friends.
And this... is the result.

Monday mornings:
Chair Yoga 9:00-9:50am
Gentle Mat Yoga 10:00-11:00am

Tuesday evenings:
Children's Yoga (Ages 3-7) 5:00-5:50pm
Intermediate Mat Yoga 6:00-7:10pm

Wednesday evenings:
Mat/Prop Pilates 6:00-7:10pm

Thursday mornings:
Gentle Mat Yoga 10:00-11:00am

Yoga is perfect for ALL ages, sizes and temperaments.
