Jimmy Fallon was first to come to mind. He's funny, not afraid to laugh at himself, and seems to have an in with all the cool kids thereby increasing our chances of expanding far beyond the three I handpick.
No idea on two and three. Probably Reese Witherspoon because she's adorable and also apparently a little mouthy when drinking which is ALWAYS amusing. I'll have to think about the third.
